Helping others live life more fully
We are not just caregivers, we are good friends, hand-holders, great listeners, and advocates for those we serve. Working with us means becoming all these and more.

The three pillars that guide how we care
Every act of care begins with empathy. Whether you’re helping with daily activities, offering words of affirmation, or simply being present, empathy is what makes the work meaningful, for families and for you.
Families count on us to show up, always. You’re that bridge — your consistency and reliability bring peace of mind to those we serve, reminding them they can trust us every single step of the way, and every day.
Excellence is our North Star at Novence. This should become second nature to you as you work because your dedication ensures that care goes beyond routine and becomes something meaningful.

Your work matters, so does your growth
At Novence, your work isn’t just a role, it’s part of who you are. We let your strengths, skills, and personality shine because no two individuals are the same. From day one, we’ve got your back: with a streamlined system that empowers you to deliver care with ease and confidence, ongoing training that supports your growth, and a team that cheers you on at every turn.
You belong here,
with us

No, owning a car is not required to join our team. Caregivers can use reliable public transportation for commuting, and many roles do not involve driving. However, if your role includes assisting clients with errands, appointments, or social outings, you must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. In these cases, a company vehicle will be provided.
Can I request time-off from work when I need to?
Yes. At Novence, we understand the importance of rest, family, and personal time. Caregivers can request unpaid time off, and we coordinate with a qualified substitute caregiver to ensure clients continue to receive the care they need while you take the time you require.
