Our story
Novence was born from a deeply held belief that care is a sacred calling, one that honors every individual’s unique story. Founded by Dr. Yetunde Orimoloye (fondly known as ‘Dr. O’), Novence emerged from her resolute compassion and vision to restore warmth, dignity, and authentic connection to caregiving and transportation.
Joined by her siblings, Bolaji and Folorunsho, the trio blended their expertise in patient care, logistics, and technology innovation. Together, they created a seamless and personalized approach to support families—with a promise to truly see, hear, and value each person they serve, whether navigating everyday life or attending medical appointments.
For Dr. O, it was never just about building a business. She set out to create a movement rooted in empathy, excellence, and ethical care. Today, Novence is shaping a future where care transcends service, hope flourishes, and every person is empowered to journey forward with dignity.
